Everyone knows that a well-chosen label makes the product sell better. A label that is fixed to the pot and also attached automatically is an added value for any plant. Demtec developed a machine that staples the label to the pot. The machine can be placed in line with a potting machine. It can equally be used when shipping the plants. The label magazine is adapted to your label and is easy to change. The machine handles rolls of staples and has an autonomy of 5 000 pots. It has a compact design and can therefore be easily used in any set-up.

Labeller

Labelling pots is a very labour-intensive activity.
The labelling machine that is installed next to a conveyor, easily does the job.
This machine processes pre-printed adhesive labels, only on roller.
Full-automatic operation and deals with high capacities.
For dirty pots that come from the cultivation field we have additional accessories so the label can be stuck on a clean and dry surface.

Tagger

Tagging is a dull and labour-intensive job.
Often it takes more time than potting the plant.
Moreover, correctly set tags are often a surplus value in plant sales.
A plant cart with uniformly set tags looks better than one with irregularly set tags.
An automatic tagger is an automation you can afford and which reduces the tagging time.
It uniformly sets the tags in the pots.
Taggers are used for plant potting (e.g. cuttings) and shipment (e.g. herbs, conifers, tree nurseries, etc.).
In the latter case, we provide a small groove so the tag can easily be put into the soil.
